bell hooks - all about love

this book had been on my reading list for a long time and in the beginning, i thought i would like it. what took a lot from the reading (at least for me) was the fact that there were no scientific references to her claims and a lot of her focus seemed to be a spiritual one which I'm not judging—i just can't relate to it. there were some interesting aspects (which were not new to me but well encapsulated). all in all, this book left me quite unsatisfied, so i'd give it a 3/5.
